It was all terribly exciting – Travelling with new artworks to be displayed at the Grenada Independence Week event this past February at the OAS headquarters in Washington DC. But that event was snowed out in more ways than one. I should have stayed at home. These are my recent Shortknee works – part of a large series I have been working on – my Chantuelle series, which speaks to our society’s neglect of things indigenous.
